The Art of Listening

Hearing care that goes beyond the audiogram.

Most hearing care stops at the ear. Ann Cruz starts there and goes much further.

Ann brings a rare depth of understanding to every appointment. She doesn't just fit hearing aids — she listens to your story, your frustrations, and your goals.

At Cruz Hearing Care, you are never a chart number. You are a whole person, and your hearing journey is treated that way.

You Deserve to Be Heard

Ann founded Cruz Hearing Care because she saw a gap in the way hearing health was being delivered — clinical, transactional, and disconnected from the emotional reality of hearing loss.

Ann combines her hearing instrument expertise with education, counseling principles, and technology to help patients understand their hearing and develop practical strategies for living with tinnitus more successfully.

Because hearing is personal.

Sound familiar?

  • You ask people to repeat themselves — and feel embarrassed doing it.
  • You avoid social situations because following conversation is exhausting.
  • You turn up the TV louder than everyone else wants it.
  • You hear a ringing or buzzing that never quite goes away.
  • You've been told your hearing is "fine" — but something still feels off.

Hearing Is Personal

Hearing loss doesn't just affect what you hear. It changes how you connect — with your family, your friends, your work, and your sense of self.

The first time you hear your grandchild's voice clearly.

Following a conversation without straining.

Enjoying music the way you used to.

Feeling confident in a crowded room again.

These are the moments that matter.

These are the moments Ann works toward with every patient.

That's why she does this work.
